I worked with David when purchasing our new home in Scituate. Originally living in central MA me and my husband were not familiar with the south shore towns and which one might be the best fir for us. David was super helpful in showing us the local towns and helped us to understand the details about each town which helped us narrow down to Scituate. 08/2021-Grand Gables Real Estate, specifically, Dave Drinkwater was our broker who assisted us with getting our parents home on the market this past year, we began the process in May and by August our home was to market and within four days the home was sold , with three or four over priced offers. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the company's service. But I can say that I probably met the friendliest and most helpful person there during my last trip down the east coast. On 9/13/16 I was stranded with my girlfriend, two friends and an absolutely destroyed suitcase after we got ditched by our taxi late at night.
