Excellent dental care! The staff and doctors are kind and gentle. They treat you like family, but professional. 10 out of 1o!
Excellent dental care the moment you arrive, the front desk is so courteous, the text reminders help to remember my appointments. The last 5 years my teeth have been neglected because of cancer, I really believed I had no chance of saving my teeth…I was wrong, Dr. B and Dr. Payne along with their assistances are making sure I keep my teeth, I thank them from the bottom of my heart, good teeth give me confidence. Thank You!!!
I confirmed an appointment for gum cleaning the day before. Then the receptionist called me at 2:15 and said I needed to come in at 2:30 or I couldnt see them today. I told them I wanted 3:40 as I couldn't make it there by 2:30. They said they could reschedule me in about two weeks. I was furious and hung up.
