UPDATE: New Management was very kind and understanding of the situation, they reduced my final amount owed greatly to match what is rightfully owed. Thank you! Started out as a great place to live. I first started in a unit on the first floor and was very happy until one night I woke up to the man upstairs pounding so hard on the floor that my lights flickered and fan shook. I was so terrified. Living here is by far the worst experience I have ever had. This is one of many problems we deal with every day. Management has been made aware and refuses to do anything about it.

I have lived here since November 2021. My husband and I built our family here in our 1 bedroom apartment. We brought home 2 babies, we homed 2 family dogs and we have loved every moment here. 4 people and 2 dogs living in a one bedroom sounds crammed, but it's actually been perfect. The bedroom is much larger than you'd expect, we've fit 2 cribs and then a crib and toddler bed in our room with our queen bed, side tables, changing table and more! Ms. Lisa is a tremendous help! I work for usps and she always helps me make sure communication between residents not checking their mailboxes gets to them, she’ll send them a email or call. Also she allows me during hot summer months to stop for potty breaks when I can’t hold it. I really appreciate your welcoming attitude & for helping me out. People don’t know how hard we work so when we have people that are friendly & willing to assist carriers with communication it helps so much! I hope your bosses know how good you are ... read more
