RESPONSE TO OWNER FOR THINGS I DID NOT BRING UP, BUT WE CAN NOW. = 1. AC Service Request I submitted a request for AC service before the stated maintenance cut-off time. The temperature in my unit was over 80 degrees, and the maintenance technician lives directly across from me. Despite this, no action was taken. It’s disappointing to feel that tenant comfort and well-being may not be prioritized, especially during extreme temperatures. 2. I love this place, very quiet, clean and home feeling. Management is amazing. Samantha goes above and beyond for her tenants. I've had nothing but good experiences while living here. I appreciate everything Samantha has done not only is she the best landlord I've had since moving back to SC but she also has a kind and sweet soul. Very patient and compassionate and I wouldn't be in such a wonderful place of it wasn't for her doing her part. Thank you again Element for such an amazing place to stay.

i love my apartment Samantha was so helpful through my whole process and my one bed is very spacious and the complex is very quiet !!!
