My building is filled with mosquitoes I can’t even open my front door that’s how bad of a problem it is it’s embarrassing that my friends or family have to come to the back door because I don’t want them getting ate up by mosquitoes !!! I was glad this place worked with me at a time I was going through a low point in my life. I found it nostalgic I moved in right on my birthday. Overall the place is pretty decent. Very nice and convenient location which is what I'll miss the most about this place. As far as maintenance service they are VERY quick to handle ANY problems you may have and the front desk a has always been very polite and kind to me. Maintenance was never given to my apartment and many of them are rampant with roaches. Had some misunderstandings resolved but with apartment prices nowadays I wouldn’t want to pay what I did for not maintenance getting done
Lisa has been great- she left right after I moved in. Samantha took over. This place is sad - I mean I guess it’s okay for some folks. I just moved out since my year lease was finally up. I’ve been thanking God every day since. It’s old, outdated, dirty,.. the management team (couple people) are no help .. they stay on the defensive instead of trying to take care of tenants. The maintenance guy lives here but that will not benefit the tenants.. after 5:00 he’s not going to help :(
