Decent place for the price, seems my apartment are one of the good ones! Only thing i dislike is the lack of understanding. I’ve always paid rent on time and fell short because i was sick and out of work a whole week, not being able to pay rent until another 2 weeks later and i was told eviction would be filed. No real complaints about the place but once my lease is up i wouldn’t renew it . People aren’t perfect and things happen, i prefer a place that’s understating at that. Samantha was good for that before she left.
A hidden gem with incredible management! I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Element Apartments. If you are looking for a place where you truly feel taken care of, this is it. First and foremost, Kenya, the property manager is an absolute rockstar. Great value and outstanding management! Living at Element Apartments has been a breath of fresh air. The new manager, Kenya is extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond to make significant improvements to the property. It is refreshing to see management that actually cares. The complex is well-maintained and clean. Given how tough this economy is right now, the amount of space, service, and quality you get for the price is unbeatable. A great value all around!
