This place is awful, I was trying to get direct answers and kept getting the run around. The dr never calls back only the office staff. God forbid you are having a crisis and when I said I wanted to make a complaint I was hung up on. Sure denotes a care for peoples well being and mental health.

I called last week to get refills as I had run out. The doctor told me they could not refill without an appointment, and also could not get me in until this week. They called me for a $200 deductible today just before my appointment, and told me they will not send me a bill, and that I was just going to have to continue to go through withdrawals until I find another doctor.
