Terrible service. They gave my wife’s appointment away after her confirming via there systems appointment confirmation the night prior in the morning of. Also when she went in there they lady behind the counter Says “your welcome in the middle of my wife sentence as she was talking without even looking at her. Do not go here… look at the yelp reviews not google if you want truthful customer feedback. Terrible..

Wow. Great X-ray technician. Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.However, after 1.5 hours of X-rays, a complete check up and then a discussion of ******* dollars of what I needed they informed me that they dont take my insurance!Ponderous. Truly ponderous. I filled out a ton of f0rms with all kinds of info and GAVE THEM MY INSURANCE CARD!!!How in the h*** can you look me in the eye and tell me that and then have the gall to say we thought you were an uninsured and were going to pay cash!!!!!!!?Well in my opinion i... read more

I have a contract with them for 3230.00 I paid my portion of the contract and my insurance paid theirs 1000 I even paid 500.00 more. I don't even know what that 500.00 was for. They are thieves they take advantage of people in time of need. I spoke to a billing lady and she told me if they only charged what the agreements were for they would have to close the doors. So it seems this is a regular practice with them. Don't go there they will rip you off and destroy your credit with a collection for whatever else they want.

BEWARE of Dr. G. and Grand Dentistry of New Port Richie. He destroyed my mouth! I went there for one tooth ache and they talked me into pulling four teeth (two of which were good!) and making two partials which after several adjustments never fit. They offered to give me a refund of $1,200.00 and after about a year, I just received a check for $53.00! They added insult to the injury they caused.
