Great 1st appointment!! Hygienist was very detailed and informative. Every question I had was answered. Dentist was very prompt. All staff were friendly and kind. Will definitely be bringing in the family.
I have a huge fear of getting dental work done, but my hygienist, Haley, was incredible. She was patient, kind and incredibly informative. The entire staff is so friendly and kind. They have helped me gain confidence in getting dental work done that my husband and I had been putting off. They are very thorough with walking through the pricing as well. I met Dr. Matthews and his staff after a bad experience with another dentist so I went in scared and skeptical to say the least. Everyone in that studio will have stars in their crowns as they were kind, helpful, educational, and mostly, non judgmental and compassionate. I ran into an insurance issue and they were helpful in getting me a quick appointment where my insurance would work. Otherwise, I would’ve had to wait a year to renew my old insurance.
