Stop constantly changing people's appointment times, calling and asking to move them or texting to see if you can move them. It's CONSTANT and ridiculous. Have respect for other people's schedules and jobs for heavens sake. This has been going on for two years and it's awful. Ironically, you sent out updated forms that allow for a patient to check whether they want their appointments to be rescheduled - we sent that back with a NO and we're still getting freaking text requests to move appointments around! Had my first visit today Friday 6/13/2025. Wow! I was impressed!! I’ve never been treated so kind in a dentist office. These folks have customer service skills that I thought the world had forgotten. Ready for my next appointment and that’s a first I’m 57 years old so I’ve seen a few dentist in my life. Lol! Thank you!

If you decide to come here, you probably should reconsider. First of all, if you have braces, they're not gentle at all. And considering they're not an orthodontist office, if something were to happen to said braces, it'd be your responsibility. Secondly, if you pay them anything, always ALWAYS, check your EOB. They charged me more than double for my daughter's fillings and it was like pulling teeth to get reimbursed. Pun intended! They said they didn't know our insurance would cover that much. The Dentist and dental hygienist do great work. Where I was disappointed was with the billing. We were miss quoted for my daughter's fillings by $250, which we paid up front. They didn't bring it to our attention, we found it when we got or statement from the insurance and brought it to there's, then it took us several weeks to get properly reimbursed. Meanwhile, when I would check on the status it felt like they'll get to us when they have time and it wasn't a big deal to them. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

Terrible they never answer the phone and when they do they say they'll do one thing and never end up doing it then when you call them out on it they fire you as a patient
