I visited Grand Dental in Lockport for the first time today for a dental implant. The staff there was friendly and professional and the place was immaculate. The equipment there looks pretty new and clean. Dani, the Dental assistant that prepped me for my procedure made me feel right at home. Dr. Brandon was courteous and professional, and spoke to me In a way that showed me he really cared. Hygienist Erin is great and always does an amazing job. She is very professional with an awesome sense of humor.
Everyone I’ve spoken to and been helped by at this office is a gem! Kathy, Dani, Ashley, Dave and Erin took me through each and every step of the process with ease and made me feel comfortable and welcome the entire time. I went in scared about my tooth and gum health but they provided me with the best care and washed my fears away. The whole team should be appreciated- be kind to them and trust in them, I would recommend anybody to go here!
Dr. Bice and his team are the best! I built my trust with the knowledge and professional recommended for my treatment. Dr. B has the ability to always make me smile when I see him!
