I saw Dr Dave Ingalinera today for a root canal. I was extremely nervous and anxious. Dr Dave and his assistant were amazing. I calmed down once I knew everything was going well and had no pain or discomfort at all. Dr Dave is the first dentist that has ever properly numbed my mouth. Which is a big deal to me based on past experiences with other dentist who didn’t take the time to listen to my concerns about numbing. Hygentist and front des -great. Dr. Dave-NO. We had him the time before and I was hesitant after that. If you offer services for kids-be kid friendly and don’t be RUDE. I despise leaving bad reviews but he was the most ignorant and arrogant dentist for my kid. Kids move and get nervous.
The Grand Dental staff was so welcoming. As someone who has anxiety with dentist offices Yaritza and Dr Bice made the experience pleasant. Yaritza explained what she was doing and explained what she saw on the X-rays, offered numbing cream to avoid pain, and constantly checked in with me during the cleaning to make sure I was okay. I left feeling at ease. Thank you all !
