Hotel seemed nice at first, its went down hill quite fast. The room I was put in was on the first level and it was old and smelled like it. Their was a live electrical panel next to my door with no lock. After I shower the light switch in the bathroom would crackle like it was going to catch fire. The fridge didn't stay cold. Room service is non existant unless you request it. For the cost it wasn't worth it. The day I moved to a different hotel I found out I got Scabies from that hotel. Nice.
Needed a place to stay. Affordable and clean
This stay was a nightmare, and solely because of the rudest woman I’ve ever met who was at the counter (whe she decided to work). Upon check in, she gave me the wrong room. I brought the key back with screen shots, emails and texts stating I went directly through the RGD site, not a third party. She was beyond rude to me and to everyone else there. I asked multiple times for a manager, she refused, I had to tell her that her language and attitude was uncalled for, I asked again for a manager. She slammed her fist on the coun... read more
