The room hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. Dust covered everything, old candy under tables, mold in the corners of the shower, stains on the sofa and fold out mattress. If we had been able to receive a refund, we would have left. The front desk girls were EXTREMELY rude. They cut you off when trying to talk or get an explanation and ended up charging our credit card 6 times for our overall stay. I absolutely love this hotel. I came to Dickinson again for my Service Dog to get surgery and Elaine and Parneet were absolutely amazing at the front desk!! The rooms and spacious, clean and super cozy. The bar/restaurant is awesome and Austin is an outstanding bartender. I highly recommend the caesar salad!!! I look forward to my next stay in the near future. Hopefully the next one will be vacation rather than pup surgery.
Stayed with my 13 day old newborn every was clean nice and quiet the worker was super sweet and very helpful helped me carry things very respectful beds where just what a girl needed after a c section
This hotel was fine. It's clean, it's set up where a lot of the rooms overlook the pool area. The blackout curtains work great. I didn't hear noise from the pool, so it's soundproof. The bed (one king) was VERY firm. The disappointing thing is this hotel is supposed to have a casino and a bar/restaurant. Both were closed for labor day weekend.
