Friendly atmosphere and professional staff. Ive had services ranging from cleanings to a root canal and have had positive experiences throughout my time with them.
I am beyond frustrated with my experience here. I initially came in for a straightforward teeth cleaning, but what should have been a simple visit has been dragged out into a three-appointment ordeal. My first appointment consisted of nothing but X-rays. During the second visit, they only cleaned the teeth on one side of my mouth, forcing me to return a third time today just to get the other half finished. Appointment got changed so many times I went off the last Appointment their office texted me and got there to find out they changed it once again and I was now 45 mins early to my appointment. Staff seemed not to care but the bigger part of the problem is I scheduled my three children all together only to find out once I got there that they had already spaced them all out making me wait there for over 3 hour including the extra 45 mins I spent there in the beginning.
