Tldr: a motivated and professional management team--with room for improvement--do a good job with what they have. The whole building is infested with bed bugs.
Building newly owned by IRE, LLC - check out their terrible reviews. -Christian Rose (IRE, LLC) does a TERRIBLE job of maintaining the building. If I could give zero stars, I would. -Took him to court and won back my deposit that he owed me Edit: 1/2022 Still hasn’t paid me
Love living here. So close to everything and secure. Managers always keep property clean and my unit is fantastic. The exterior lighting they just did was a welcome surprise.
