My family and I have been going to Grand Cleaners for years. I am a mother of 3 and am always on the go, they make it efficient for us to drop off and pick up our clothes and with their new location that opened up its even more convenient to go. This business has refused to admit fault at ruining an expensive article of clothing and at this time I am preparing to recoup my monies in small claims court. The owner was very unfriendly.
Mr. Lee and his staff are the best around. We have been using them for years and as always their service is timely, done as asked, and his price if very much the best in town. Grand Cleaners always calls you by your name and never forgets a face. His customer service is unbeatable.
