Sounds like it hasn’t changed in 12 years. Most disorganized place I’ve ever dealt with. My daughter got married here. Had to pay thousands down a year in advance. Said they would decorate, didn’t, said they’d buy the the decorations, didn’t, said they would send out the invitations, we said no way. That made the guy upset, not only did he want to send them out he wanted to pick them out! We bought the decorations then they insisted on keeping them after the reception.
