I adjusted my rating from a 1 star to 2. I overall didn't have any issues with the apartment while living there. Bit of noise from the upstairs neighbors but generally a great location and beautiful neighborhood. It also had new and modern kitchen that I fell in love with. Although, I had to resolve issues in person as they were very bad about answering maintenance requests from their site. This is where the bad part comes in. Pros: -The Grand Champions apartments are really quite beautiful. Loved my kitchen. -The one time I needed maintenance done, John came over the day I called and fixed my toilet. Move in was also nice. Con's: -They do not care about you after you leave, so prepare for that. I'll explain more in the following notes. -Main Issue - security deposit.
