This was my first ever storage unit and it was a very smooth and easy process, I was provided with excellent service such as timely information and guidance. The unit was spotless when I arrived and it was very easy to find. I would 100% recommend bolt storage to people I know for its convenience and attentive customer service. On December 1O th I called Bolt storage around 8:30 at night because I was having trouble getting the gate to open . The representative was very knowledgeable . Apparently there had been a power outage and she got me through the gate right away . I spoke with Maxine and she was kind and very pleasant . My problem was taken care of right away ... Their units are gated and there's working security cameras !

Maria was so kind and accommodating. She went out of her way to ensure I had an easier move, calculated my payment dates and assured me that Bolt would be there 24 /7 to answer any other questions I may have.
