The security service is severely lacking. The parking lot has insufficient camera coverage to monitor all vehicles or identify individuals walking between them. My car was targeted twice—first, my extension cord was stolen, and later, my catalytic converter. Despite requesting video footage, the administration failed to provide it, leaving me deeply disappointed and questioning their commitment to tenant safety. Recently moved to canada with my wife and young daughter from Australia and our experience so far has been so great all members of the building staff have been beyond helpful and supportive always lending a hand with questions and suggestions on things to do and what we needed to do in regards to work and skills And a big shout out to my building manager Nancy for all her help and non stop assisting with tasks for me and my family
Highly recommended! Management was one of the best, shout out to Nancy and Aman. They’re very approachable and understanding of your needs. I feel comfy talking to them. Maintenance was awesome! Very proactive keeping the place in order. You will notice that the place is very well taken care of. Love the social and fitness room! Parking space is very well secured. Overall, best place to live in downtown!
Been living here almost a year now and LOVE it! Nancy is a great Building Manager, so friendly and willing to go above and beyond for customer service and answer any questions you have. Maintenance (Derek is our main guy) is phenomenal, anytime we submit a maintenance request, they contact us within a few hours to figure out when they can come in and fix it. Even when our refrigerator died, they were up with a temporary (already cold) replacement within an hour or 2 while we waiting for a new one to be ordered. The building ... read more
