We have been living in this building for a month now, and I just wanted to express how grateful we are. The resident manager, Nancy Kent, has been nothing short of wonderful — always friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. We also had to request maintenance, and the response was impressively fast. The maintenance technician was just as helpful, friendly, and resourceful. So far, we have absolutely nothing to complain about — only good things to say!
The building is well-maintained, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled quickly and efficiently — often within a day. The building manager is also incredibly friendly and helpful (thank you Nancy and Aman). From move-in to everyday questions, they’ve always been approachable and responsive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
We’ve had a really great experience moving here so far. From the very beginning, our experience with this apartment has been nothing but positive. Bless was absolutely amazing—so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable every step of the way. I just got my apartment , and I couldn’t be more excited! This place is absolutely lovely—beautiful, clean, and welcoming. From the very first day we visited, the management has been incredibly kind and supportive. Nancy, in particular, has been so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything feel easy and stress-free. I already love this place and am really looking forward to starting this new chapter of my life here.
