My experience with Grand Central Manor was extremely disappointing, particularly because of my interactions with the manager, Nancy. When I was preparing to move out of the apartment, the checkout process and timing were handled very unprofessionally. There was poor communication and a lack of proper organization, yet instead of taking responsibility for how the situation was managed, Nancy placed the blame on us. Edited —- After seeing the companies response, I would never move back there, and I am changing my rating Only complaints after living there for a year was the unit I chose only had the one window and patio door and a thermostat in the unit was for decoration no matter what it was 26° in there . Upon moving out the rental agency tried to say that I was responsible for all new carpets all new floors, the walls all have to be repainted nothing was cleaned.
