I've been living here for several years now, and the office and maintenance staff are exceptional! Nancy genuinely cares about the residents and is always quick to respond to any request. She goes above and beyond to ensures residents feel like part of a family. The maintenance team is also fantastic—super responsive and efficient. Overall, the staff here are not only friendly and welcoming but also warm and professional, creating a real sense of community within the building.
