Safety concerns all the time. I have been followed by a man with a knife inside the parking lot. My car had the catalytic converter stolen inside the parking lot. It was supposed to be my home, but I couldn't feel safe at all.
We have lived here for 14 years. Nancy did the latest lease renewal and it was the most timely and efficiently done EVER. Nancy does a super job and is a great representative for Centurion Properties. Thanks, John and Beverly Day

If you’re a student or work from home, do NOT rent here!!! I’m genuinely pissed writing this because I can’t take the jackhammering and this bullshit anymore, but people deserve to know what they’re walking into. Before moving in, it’s very easy to be misled by the number of glowing reviews about Nancy. A lot of people will look at that and assume it must be a great place to live. Five years ago this place was 1-star. I'm editing it now to 5-star because the staff and maintenance have improved completely! At the time we left (the second time), any issues we had with appliances, plumbing, etc. were dealt with usually within 12-hours (shoutout to Nancy, Tracy, and the rest of the team). Security has improved over that time a well (doors, gates, on-site security personnel). Rent increases were reasonable (~50$/yr). Overall, good times.
