Owner Ramon is a JERK This place is terrible, had car worked on in the oil change bay and was there for 35 minutes, they said they had to go to the store to buy a part for my car so they could finish my oil change when I asked to speak to the MGR, who's name is RAMON he was a big jerk, I told him he had the power to give discounts of one dollar or whatever, he said "NO, this is what you want" I told him I had been coming here for 10 years and never had this happened, he proceeded to say so what, what do you want me to do. What??/ This place sucks! I had them detail my BRAND NEW off the lot Chevy Suburban and they scratched swirls into the side of it. When I have my car washed they never get it clean, I still need the inside cleaned once I leave. Although the oil change place rocks! Fernando and Abraham are the best technicians.
Perfect everytime This car wash place is the best place in Glendora/Covina area. The guys here really do detail your car. We take both of our cars here and the service is great. You can also get an oil change and they wash your car for free. Dont go on the weekends because it is packed. The best time to go is on Mondays or Tuesdays.
Grand Car Wash is the best! Grand Car Wash Covina is the best. First off, there are a lot of sets of cloths that your car goes through (fun to watch!). Lately, they have added a lot of "stuff" at the end of the wash line, such as Rain-X sealant protector, and several other things that your car goes through at the end. Damaged My Car They damaged my car that is only 4 months old. When I spoke with Roman the owner and showed him the damage, he told that it wasn't his problem and that he wasn't going to do anything about it. He refused to pay for the damage and told me to "take a hike"
