Be mindful to research the property before you purchase to ensure there are no active judgement liens. This title company neglected to do this before closing and Jackie from here called me to say I should get my attorney because despite it being customary to ensure there are no liens on a property prior to closing, this was not done and they sold a property 7/2025 that had an active lien on it since 4/2025. When asked why they neglected to follow the law and handle the lien, she boldly said, "I don't know."

Real estate is not something I do, and it has been a long time since buying a house. They helped me every step of the way.
