On Labor day weekend, our AC went totally out. I sent an email to Grand Canyon Refrigeration (Martin), expecting to hear from them on Tuesday a.m. Instead, Martin called me on Saturday night, within an hour or 2 of my email being sent. I can’t say enough good things about Grand Canyon Refrigeration and its owner, Martin! Martin and the other technician who came out today were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and informative. They took the time to explain what was going on, quickly diagnosed the issue, and then double-checked everything to make sure there wasn’t another problem preventing my AC from running properly. Wow. Just wow. Martin has been our guy for many, many years and he never disappoints! Today, on a 117° day, what happens?! A/C unit goes out. Of course, right?! From initial call to Martin, to him coming to figure out the problem, getting the parts and getting our house icy cool again…2 hours! What?!?! Martin is honest, dependable, kind, reasonably priced and just plain awesome. We wouldn’t trust anyone else for our heating and cooling needs. You shouldn’t either. Give him a call…you won’t regret it!
Martin is very knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. He truly tries to figure out the root of the problem and keeps you informed every step of the way. He shows genuine care towards his customers and will follow up until the problem is resolved and you’re satisfied. His pricing is fair and he has excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
We have used Martin and team from Grand Canyon Refrigeration on several occasions over the years. My AC unit unexpectedly went out last night, I connected with the team and they came out first thing this morning. They got my old crusty unit up and running quickly and provided me information on how to keep my unit running properly until I can replace it. I definitely recommend this team!!!!!
