Die Organisation war an Laienhaftigkeit kaum zu überbieten. Der Helikopter startete viel zu spät, es gab keinerlei Information oder Erklärung. Das Bodenpersonal war überwiegend unfassbar unfreundlich. Wenn man keine 50$ zusätzlich ausgibt um neben dem Piloten zu sitzen, kann man schlimmstenfalls hinten in der Mitte sitzen und nichts sehen. Der Pilot allerdings war sehr nett und die Flugzeit entsprach der gebuchten Zeit (30 Minuten).
My first time flying with Grand Canyon helicopters was amazing. I am a local wedding officiant and I conducted a wedding ceremony through Grand Canyon. Our pilot Maureen was awesome, patient and knowledgeable. The ride was smooth, she warned us of any wind and bump ahead but for the most part was very smooth.
I walked in off the street at 630 am and was in the air by 7am, great service and experience, awesome breathtaking views and fair prices!!! A must do on the bucket list!!!
