I had no choice but to use this company because this is the company the surgeon uses they, If you can avoid using this company, do not use them they overcharge!!
This company’s practices are not within compliance of the No Surprise Act. They are relying on you not knowing your balance billing/surprise billing rights.
My insurance was billed $31,500.00 for an RN anesthesiologist for a simple lithotripsy procedure. My doctor only billed $1890.00 for the procedure. Something is definitely fishy in their billing department. I called my insurance and let them know about it.
They sent my bill to collections despite being paid for months. This led to a multi-month battle with them, and the debt collector HELP Financial to get my account corrected. Absolutely horrible experience.
Complete sham. I have paid and continue to receive false bills and collection letters. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
