I am so pleased with Grand Brook. My mom has been in 2 other facilities that were not a great experience. When she needed memory care I was so happy to find Grand Brook. The people are kind and welcoming. It is open and bright with a beautiful courtyard. The food is also very good! My biggest frustration had been communication from other facilities. Everyone here is absolutely wonderful! They are kind, caring, and very helpful. I always enjoy my time here. All the residents always look nice, they take exceptional care of them! You can tell how much everyone there truly cares about each and everyone of the residents.
We sang Christmas carols at this facility and it was so nice there. The residents are well taken care of.
