I've ordered brass from multiple places to rewire vintage lamps. The quality of the Grand Brass parts have been superior by far. Shipping can be a little slow, but I think they might be cutting or making some parts on order.
I have dealt with this company 15 years but the last year or 2 there have been so many issues -- especially poor communication. Auto replies are common and no one picks up the phone. Delivery takes much longer; but they take payment up front -- even if something is out of stock. It is very disappointing and I have started looking for alternatives and found several.

I’ve ordered from this company before without issue, but this recent experience was disappointing. I paid for expedited shipping to meet a project deadline, and the order arrived incorrect.
