when you spend $350+ for two nights, you'd like the internet to work properly. When it doesnt and you call the front desk, you'd like them to be able to give you the password for the conference center wifi at night since your room is directly above it, but they have no clue. I can't afford to stay here until this is repaired and functioning properly and employes are honest about the problem. I am a marriott person and this is not normal or acceptable.. they are killing my productivitiy while I am out of town

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this property was deeply disappointing and well below what anyone should expect from a Marriott-branded hotel. As a Platinum Elite member, I’ve come to rely on Marriott for consistency, professionalism, and accountability—but this location failed on all fronts after an egregious billing error. Clean rooms and stocked up! Manager Tony and Pat receptionist were wonderful took good care of us with a minor hiccup come check-out time. Everyone was people friendly and dog friendly! Will definitely be booking when I come to SA and visit my son. View was spectacular and we all slept comfortably! Will be upgrading to a suite next time around! First ever 10/10 experience from all the previous hotels we stayed at before. Modern and chic and very clean!

We were passing through and had a reservation here, not realizing the indoor "water park". We all enjoyed the water slide, pool, fitness area, spray area, etc.

This is a very nice hotel with an outstanding staff. After my stay, I received a call from them saying I had forgotten my iPhone charger. They offered to send it back to me if I paid the postage. They charged me less than $5 and shipped it to me. I can tell you this is very unusual. In the past, I've realized I left items behind at hotels, and nobody has ever offered to return anything to me, even when I asked. I am very grateful for their good service and cannot recommend staying here enough.

This place is a run down nightmare! Overpriced, terrible food in restaurant, the self parking was an unsecured outdoor pothole mess, and the room sounded like the walls were ready to burst from the noisy pipes, plus our wall rumbled and shook from the a/c running.  Don’t expect to get a good nights rest at this dump!
