Would not recommend this hotel. First the positives, the cleaning staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient; desk staff were also good, but extremely busy; the room is a good size for a New York hotel, and for the price; The negatives: Breakfast was o.k., cheap, low quality foods, the eating area is extremely small and always crowded, it's very difficult to find a seat. omg the stay was awesome down to the staff breakfast and housekeeping please make sure they get their flowers Joyce the manger was awsome very sweet oxana was great from the time i came to the time i left she was so sweet and helpful when it comes to finding places to go also ms Linda and Vernita was a special help other than that please fix the ice on the 1st floor didnt like to go up and down the stairs to get to the ice machinme

We arrived a little early, and since there were rooms available, we chose to wait for one on the same floor as our event. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. There’s ample parking if you’re driving a car, but unfortunately, my truck didn’t fit in the garage. The room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The beds were great, and once I figured out the lighting, it was easy to manage. Beautiful room and desk clerk was so polite and professional. I think her name was Ava. Young white female. She was so accommodating! Will definitely stay her again.

We have stayed here several times, and this will be the last. The room a/c was not working, and they only provided a fan for the room. Terrible service and the agent at the front desk was really rude. She did not care about the situation and that we were with our 2 small grandkids.

Spent the weekend at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa this weekend (Sept 11 - 14th). It is a nice property at the very end of the road on extreme edge of Tucson. Only one way in and out. It is surrounded by nice homes and several golf courses. When we arrived and check in, I thought the guy at front desk was rude, but everyone else we met was nice. I had a massage on 8/6/25. The whole experience was low to mediocre. First, the main entrance to the facility was blocked for construction with no directions about how to get in. I drove around few times and found the hidden side road. By this time i was already a few minutes late. When i get to the Spa , there was a group in the entrance and one of them stops me and say i cannot go in because they are filming!
