We had a great visit. The staff was kind and helpful. The valet guys were excellent. Hotel is directly across from the Biltmore entrance which was nice because we spent two days on the Biltmore property.
Warm and cozy! Not overcrowded! But…..no privacy in bathroom! Curtains only, no doors except toilet room and shower have frosted glass doors!
I stayed here for 5 nights and I would have no reservations saying that this is one the best hotels I've stayed at in the US. Exceptional service, very friendly staff and great food! We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to ashville
