I agree with Jason G. below me. I called a couple days ago to get my snow plowed on my driveway and sidewalk. I talked to Sam, he said he would be at my house the next day in the morning and he never came. He did not call, text or anything. Terrible customer service and not trustworthy at all!
Why have a service not taking on new customers how do you make money?
