Gas issues throughout. During my time as a resident I had multiple problems with gas leaks. The first one was within weeks of moving in and was a result of a poorly fitted and degraded flex on the main gas line under the sink, and the leak was so severe that the gas to my apartment had to be cut off. A couple months later I inquired about a significant gas smell while using the oven and was told it was normal. Far was awesome! I’m not planning to move for a few months, but he still took the time to show me around a studio apartment and made it a great experience. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and no pressure at all. I really appreciated that. Some other tours I have been on were really pushy. If you're thinking about checking out a place, definitely reach out to them!
I toured this apartment recently and had such a great experience. Vanessa made me feel incredibly welcome, even though I’ve never rented before and am moving out on my own for the first time, she guided me through everything with a smile. I wasn’t sure how to even begin, but she made it so easy even telling me where the grocery store and her favorite Thai restaurant are.
