RecommendedPerfect spot for your wedding reception! The staff at The Grand were so kind and helpful. They made our special day possible. The venue was absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views and places for photos. We are so glad we chose them to celebrate our special day.
We were unable to do a rehearsal in the facility due to their staffing issues. Could not set the hall up until the MORNING OF the wedding—again due to their staffing. Mix matched linen, holes in the table clothes and other linens. Dirty rooms, furniture falling apart, lack of AC in rooms and rude staff. My sisters husband is active duty and took leave to get married in this facility and it WASNT worth the money spent. None of their wishes were followed as far as serving alcohol. Absolutely disappointed. My daughter paid thousands of dollars for this place just to have it disgusting, unable to set up and have guests treated poorly by staff. Would never recommend

I was one of the many brides that had to postpone my wedding due to COVID. The new date I had picked was not available at The Grand and they refused to give me a refund or even half of my deposit back. I definitely did not expect to have to cancel my wedding due to a pandemic and their lack of sympathy and understanding was disgusting as all of my other vendors had no problem with giving me a refund.
My best friend just had to cancel her wedding due to COVID. All the other venues & vendors were more than willing to refund the money! All of her contracts also said un-refundable, however, they were more than happy to see if they could do the new date & if that didn’t work refund her. The Grand Banquet & Conference Center didn’t have the new date available & when asked if they could refund $450 they wouldn’t & they weren’t willing to refund half of it when we asked!!!
