In my opinion and experience, Dr. Setia cares more about making money than the health and wellbeing of her patients. She employs staff who are not experienced in processing insurance claims and who are either unwilling or unable to work with insurance to resolve simple issues. In my case, they were using the wrong number to submit my claim, even though they had the right number in their system.
