I checked out a one bedroom apartment 107 grand ave it has a unique layout the building was very clean.From my standards , i've been a building managerfor 16 years the laundry access, it's open 24 hours. I really like that feature.It's a little bit of an older building , but while taking care of very clean the agent sue is her name, she showed me the building.I like it.I'm just waiting for rental application
