The noise from the boiler room is so loud the entire 109 building can hear it. It’s been going on for two weeks now. I put in a maintenance request and nothing’s been done. I’ll remove this post once it’s actually fixed. People should know how careless this management is.
Such a poor management! I contact them several times. They just ignore me. Everyday something is broken like hot water and heat. I have been living here since January 2025 since the day I moved in to the apartment there is a banging noise from the pipes in my bedroom and when I told the management about it they just emailed me back you will get use to it and that sound is 24/7 since the day I moved in this apartment. York Property ruined my entire life They are horrible and will punish you for speaking up about livable conditions. As you can see they dont hide they ruin lives - they threaten you and say you arent allowed to talk about it.
I have a good experience living at York management property. Clarrissa makes it great.
