I came to Bishop in Irvine with a non-standard issue — and these guys handled it quickly and professionally. They took the time to understand the situation and really helped me out. While I was there, I also decided to do a tire rotation, and I’m glad I did. Everything was smooth and efficient, no time wasted. Special shoutout to Misael, the mechanic — he was on point and clearly knows what he’s doing. Booking online was quick and easy, and the whole experience was great. Big thanks to the team!

I was looking to replace my front speakers as my driver's side speaker had started making a rattling noise. I was under the impression that both front speakers were going to cost $400 based on the verbal quote I received from Ryan. He later claimed that the quote was only for one speaker which I found odd considering industry standard is to replace both speakers at the same time. Had such a great experience at Grand Auto Works! Ryan is seriously the nicest guy—super professional, honest, and just all around great to work with. He took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. You can tell he really cares about his work and his customers. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a shop you can actually trust!
We always get exceptional service from Grand Auto Works & recommend it to all our friends. The talented workers there can fix any issue expediently and never over charge. For such a prime location & posh looking office to provide excellent service with reasonable prices makes for some very loyal customers. We especially appreciate Ryan who helped recently when a light was out. Had the headlamp repaired in minutes in the middle of a busy day. Very grateful!!
