It was our first visit to grand auto works after reading their reviews we decided to give them a try. We were very happy with the results. They replaced the brakes for our Toyota Prius at a very reasonable price. Also gave us a list of services for the future but didn’t pressure us to perform them right away. We appreciated that he was informing us instead of selling to us. We will be back for the shocks and struts soon Ryan!
I received great service at Grand Auto Works. They gave me a fair price for my Fusion brake job, and even shared with me that the previous shop I went to forgot to replace a needed clip! I felt confident in their work and received a referral for their trusted partner to get my cat replaced. Will go here again.
Ryan has been working on my cars in some capacity for over a decade now; first at the previous shop he worked with and now as the owner of Grand Auto Works. Came in last week for replacement of front lower control arms, water pump and radiator for my Lexus Es350. They quoted thousands less than a dealer and had the service finished in a day. I waited a bit to post my feedback to ensure the work was completed properly and needless to say, I’m very happy. I highly recommend Grand Auto Works.
