I've been going to Grand Auto Care for many years and even with an ownership transition a few years ago, they have maintained excellent service and integrity. They are honest, hardworking, always on time or early, and at or under the estimate quoted. They have been extremely helpful with this disabled senior, and I cannot thank them enough. BTW, I am not easy to please 😉 Highly recommended! 👍❤️

I think this place is under new mgmt and the new mechanic in charge doesn't know his back side from a hole in the ground. I won't be back again and this was where I always went to get my vehicle serviced before I traveled north for the summer. I am editing my review to add that I believe the Jason person who reviewed before me is the one who is the mgr. now. That would be dirty if it is him.
No mechanics there The guys who are working there are idiots, especially the fat one with the beard. He's a salesman alright, but he's no mechanic. Got my oil changed and got the hell out of there. He put too much air in my tires and tried to sell me an AC service that I didn't need. Never going back there again.
Honest and professional. Had my A/C checked by 2 other shops and wanted over $1000 to replace whole system. They figured it out and repaired for under $300 and it's never worked better!!!! Thanks guys
WARNING!! Stay away from this shop. The place is disgusting unprofressional with incompetent mechanics. They will over charge you for everything. They do not know what they are doing and the lady in the office is clueless with the mentality of ripping people off. This place will be reported the the BBB. Do not bring your vehicle unless you want to get screwed.
