Don't believe these 5-star reviews, most of them must be from friends of Grand Ark's owner, Pei-Wen Ting. My advice would be this: DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO WITH A DIFFERENT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. There are a lot of underhanded things happening at Grand Ark Realty. In reading many of the reviews, I'm not surprised at all to learn of their troubling experiences.
