I recently maade a 2nd purchase, through Grand, the first and LG fridge that I really like, the 2nd an LG Microwave, I like it too, but the process was so diff this time. THe salesman was so friendly when we purchased, he even gave me his direct line, he just failed to mention he does return any calls, the delivery was on sat, he said it would be by 130p as its that way on sat, but ours did not get there till after 230p Then they installed it, they did a terrible job, called the non answering sales man left a message , ended... read more
