What a great buying and installation experience. We were reluctant to shop at Grand Appliance, thinking it would be beyond our budget for consumer grade appliances. Boy were we wrong!! The minute we entered the showroom, we knew they were a cut above. Bravo to Rick Simler. He is the Appliance Professor. He promptly found a refrigerator that would fit our very old & tiny kitchen, arranged delivery, and payment - all by phone. I didn’t have to drive anywhere. 😀
