Andrew and team arrived today to install SubZero frig today. Arrival time as promised per updates from fabulous "Freddy." Install team was courteous, friendly and informative on initial first steps of frig usage. Never shopped with Grand Appliance prior to this purchase. Yes, we will be back for any appliance purchases that may come up. Wouldn't even think of going elsewhere.
Highly recommend Grand Appliance and Carl our salesperson. Carl was knowledgeable and very helpful. Our dryer quit working on Sunday and new washer and dryer were delivered a week later. Free delivery and they hauled away old appliances. Jhony and his helper's delivery and installation was prompt and professional. No problem recommending Grand Appliance!
