On my visit, I experienced friendly staff and strolled through a vintage building packed edge to edge with vendors. Perfect shopping experience. For most antique lovers, there's no such thing as a bad antique mall... the fun is all in the hunt. For me, size is one of the main comparison points, and this placed is medium compared to others in the area. I would definitely include in my regular antiquing rounds and tourists should include if in town for a day or two.
Recently discovered this treasure store. Beware, first visit becomes habit-forming! You can shop Amazon, IKEA and fancy retailers in town all you like for your furnishings/projects/hobbies, but you won't find the quality, craftsmanship and nostalgic features of what's on display at Grand Antique Mall. Absolutely the most helpful and courteous staff! I live in Michigan and Rob was a HUGE help in locating a few items that I found on their website and was able to purchase them with him over the phone and have them shipped.
