We took our dog, Betsy, here after she had urinated blood in the morning. Our usual vet had no appointments until later in the day, but Grand did right at opening, so we brought her over. Both the waiting room and exam room were exceptionally clean and well lit. The staff were attentive and helpful, and very thorough with both the examination and explanations to us about what is needed from us and what is happening to Betsy. My cats get the best care at Grand Animal Hospital. Everyone is so nice and caring, from the receptionist to the nurses and the doctor. I once took a sick cat in and they easily could have been aggressive and charged me a lot for unnecessary treatment but the doctor said to wait a few weeks because the cyst might resolve on its own. Sure enough it did. I saved a lot of money and my cat avoided a lot of extra stress. The clinic is always clean and welcoming. I feel confident in the doctor. Highly recommend!
Dr. Kumar and his team at Grand Animal Hospital are truly exceptional. The clinic is spotless and well-organized — they even have a dedicated section just for cats, which is such a thoughtful touch. Our cats were noticeably calm during their first visit, which speaks volumes about the environment and care.
