He's a horrible boss, and shady. Don't call him for anything. If you need a decent business owner to service anything, call someone else, seriously. Deal with businesses who put their employees first, and not these arrogant owners who forget about the people that even made them successful to begin with. Without any workers, the business world will grind to a halt. I think people need to be reminded of it. Anyway, stay away from this one. Pick decency over quality. Roberto Grance is not a decent person.

Roberto is the best! He is highly qualified and makes the process of installing a mini-split system easy and affordable. I went with a Mitsubishi system that does both heat and a/c. He offered some ideas on how to save money, which kept the project within my budget. He is very professional and puts on shoe covers before entering your home. His communication is great. If he tells you he is going to show up, he does and he is on time and puts in whatever work is needed.
