This is a lovely community. Very quiet. No amenities to speak of but the area is nice, clean and quiet. It's also in the Worthington school district.
T ldr; if you want a new apartment complex that smells like stale cigarettes (and for all your items to smell too!!!) this is the place for you! It was a nightmare, starting from the water damage at the door the day we moved in to the new apartment (which they covered with paint... I never realized the solution to water damage was a coat of paint!) The biggest issue we was when our neighbors cigarette smoke starting getting into our apartment.
