Very peaceful community. We love the "country" setting and direct access to the riverwalk, but still being close to the city. The units are older, but we'll maintained and updated with modern amenities. The office staff is very friendly.
I love living here. I have the best view of the whole city from my apartment! The staff is super friendly and trustworthy, and the location is super close from everything but at the same time so peaceful!
I have lived at Granby Crossing for almost six years in three different apartments. I believe that Granby Crossing is the best apartment community in the Columbia area. I have never had any major issues with neighbors or maintenance, and any issues have always been quickly and professionally addressed by the office. Because of this - plus its location - I have never felt the need to move anywhere else.
I moved to Columbia about 7 months ago and was looking for a safe pet-friendly place to call home. I was able to find just that at Granby Crossing. The pool area, gazebo, and access to the riverwalk has been a great plus to living here. Everyone I have met has been so kind and helpful. But what I love most is the location. I love that the surrounding neighborhoods are safe and that places like breweries, restaurants, gyms, etc. are walking distance. I would highly recommend Granby Crossing.
