I just left here. Everybody was so super polite and friendly. At first glance, they seemed to have done a great job so I tipped them well. I should have looked closer before leaving. I could’ve done better on my own and saved my money. Nice people but I’m sorry, I won’t be back. These are pictures taken immediately after I left. If I had time to go back and have them do it over, I would.

Second time this car wash has done damage to one of my vehicles. First time it pulled parts off the hood of our Jeep. They were kind of helpful that time. The second time it twisted the antenna up on my truck and actually bent the fender. This time the manager was rude and didn't have anything to talk about.
Get new employees who earn their paycheck.
It's a wonderful place to have ur car done at....
Time for new owner/management. They don’t have industry standard chassis bath/undercarriage wash equipment; instead they have the workers spray under the wheel wells with garden hoses, slowing the entire experience up.
Wanted a full detail job ($150!) and they did a terrible job. They redid and barely did a better job. They did take $50 off, but then the lady gave the guys such a hard time because I was given a break. Terrible. Don't go there!!!!
I travel from Bloomfield to Granby Auto Wash and find that it happens to be one of the very best. I like it because you have choices of what service you would like them to do. The female who usually is the cashier is friendly and manager Chris goes out of his way to see that customers are pleased with their work. I also have a friend who travels from West Hartford to get her car washed after seeing my car ! Let's be positive,and keep in mind...we all have an off day !
