Love my Granbury VA! I’ve been receiving treatment and care at this clinic for 4 years now and have received nothing but kindness, empathy, and respect. Mr. Novak and staff have been nothing but professional and courteous to me. I’m very thankful to have such phenomenal care in such a small town. I drive from Weatherford just to come here. Sure do appreciate y’all.
I have never received such dysfunctional care in my life. I rather drive to Fort Worth to get seen for anything. They blame patients for their dysfunctional system. When I saw the doctor, he automatically told me I didn't have certain diagnosis from looking at me and not my medical records. They randomly cancel my appointments for no reason. Their staff are all rude as hell, especially for ppeople who are highly unprofessional. I worked for Healthcare for 10 plus years and I know how things SHOULD work so I'm less oblivious ... read more
You get alot further with sugar than you do salt. Treat those as you would like to be treated. Everytime I'm in here I see a disgruntled vet giving these people a hard time. I've never had problems. Patience helps alot.
