I left the Iowa VA system and entered Texas VA system in the fall season of 2021. Smooth transition. Mr. Novak and staff have shown me nothing but extraordinary care and attention to detail. Thank you Mr. Novak for taking such great care of me. You’re truly the best.
**Update 6/8/26** Still haven't been seen for the ER referral I recieved in April at the ER. Been to the ER twice this week, no followup calls, nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VA, they will knowingly and willingly let your illness decline to a severe state. **Initial review several years ago (2023)** Not sure where the low rating came from but the 3 times I've been have been nothing but quick and painless compared to other VA sites I've been too. I went to the ER a month ago and they were unable to identify the issue but referred me to a neurologist.
