UPDATE - The manager Lulu reached out and went above and beyond to rectify the situation below. Lulu spoke to and reeducated the masseuse and offered a refund which I did not expect or ask for. Lulu asked I come back again for a massage with her personally which I did today and it was a wonderful massage. Awesome place that gives great massages. Never a disappointed!
I don't enjoy posting negative reviews, but I feel like in addition to a poor experience, it's also a safety issue. The environment is very informal and not private, you will hear everything going on in the other massage space. I was not asked what areas I'd like to focus on and the product appeared to be an array of store bought lotion mixed with baby oil. There was a lot of the masseuse leaving in and out of the room.
