I had my new kitchen counters installed yesterday. I picked out the color the design everything was great UNTIL I noticed after install that my counter had a flaw in the pattern.This is not a small flaw it's huge . I called to complain and ask for it to be replaced only for the owner to tell me I had 3 options. Learn to live with it , pay 1000 to fix it or take them to Court. We had multiple friends telling us to look at GranBrazil when we were ready to look for countertops for our kitchen. We were so happy with the customer service, the quality, and the price of our countertops. They had exactly what we were looking for and it was nice to look at the entire slabs when deciding.
