Charlotte's only multi-accredited pet care facility. Our kennel staff is here seven days a week and all holidays. We take great pride in our specially designed buildings and our many grassy play yards, all in a safely fenced in environment. Day care, Full boarding, Expert grooming, and a playtime with a kennel worker for up 30 minutes each playtime. Full boarding, Day care, and Expert Grooming (over 30 years experience)

We've taken several dogs to this location for grooming and boarding. They do great with both services. If you board your pet here over a holiday weekend, they'll even offer to feed your furry family member a special holiday meal!
My dog's other home... I travel a lot for my job and have found just the place to take my Boston terrier, Pepper... Pepper gets treated like a special guest, they even have turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. There is also play time each day so your dog doesn't just sit and do nothing. The place is spotless, there is piped in "classical music" in the cat room and lots more goodies. Great place for your pets I went out of town for the weekend and had nowhere to leave my lab. A friend had recommended their services to me so I gave them a try. I loved the service I received. The staff was very friendly and my dog seemed to like them very much. That was suprising because he's usually difficult with strangers. My friend had told me that they seem to really love animals and would be able to handle him. I definately recommend.
GRANBAR KENNELS I am a retired Foreign Service employee and was still going overseas on temporary duty after I retired. I was so lucky to find Granbar Kennels. Fantastically surprised with level of quality! I moved to Charlotte and had to board my two Australian Shepherds and was very concerned about not being able to check the place out first. But, moving from 300 miles away, I was not able to visit the kennel first. I could not have been more happy with the service I received. NO WAY – They charge to pick up on Sunday. So, I guess no one is there with the dogs on Sunday. Im pretty sure they haven't changed anything since the late 70's. dirty! I should have known not to leave my dog at a place next to a house from a horror movie. The staff was rude. Its expensive compared to other very nice kennels.
Best Kennels – My pets have been going to Granbar Kennels for many years. I am a retired Foreign Service Officer and worked TDY's for several years after retiring. I was so happy to find Granbar. My dogs would often stay there for several months at a time while I was overseas. Glad I found Granbar. – When I am out of town (which is quite often) I always take my dog, Pepper, to Granbar Kennels, which is virtually a "home away from home". Each animal is treated as if it is the only one there and immediately feels comfortable being there. This place is spotless, the employees are super helpful and knowledgeable.
