I would not recommend this place due to the fact that they took half of my deposit on normal wear and tear of a studio of Hartman. They said that the refrigerator had to be installed when you just had to push it in and plug it in they had to replace the microwave and then they had to do some pressure cleaning of the baseboards we cleaned the apartment studio apartment. Excuse me from top to bottom and it still wasn’t enough for them. It still took half of my deposit for a studio apartment that wasn’t even clean that I had to... read more
Called several times, no help. Would not recommend. Very rude / angry sounding people.
This is the first time I have used Erika Granath as my realtor and it was a great experience! She is very professional, extremely organized and on task, and really easy to work with.
