They are quick to respond to requests for work, they keep you updated with when the work will be done, they check back in with you once it's completed, and they even take the weather into concern for the work you need done. I had some flapping shingles and they called me wanting to come early because we had some weather coming in. They wanted to be sure that I was taken care of before my roof got worse. Called to request a quote for home roof work needed, was assured “George” would return my call later in the day. Didn’t happen. Called again a few days later, was again assured the same man would return my call later in the day. Didn’t happen. Fool me once...
