Believe they started scamming customers. Luckily ours got done, but work in one area was questionable, and had to be redone.

Granade Roofing requested 50% up front, "10,000" dollars for galvalume roof for my home in Schertz, Texas. Joe Granade, Dave's son, excepted payment Jan 04, 2019 of 10,000 dollars. Gave them a down payment in May... made excuses on why the job had not started. Stopped answering and returning phone calls in August. Filed with BBB and now taking them to court.

There are two sides to my review. The gutter install work they performed was good initially and I was happy. However, a few weeks after the fact when it gets windy the gutters vibrate and sound like Transformers are landing nearby. Pretty freaking loud. Multiple texts and calls not returned. It’s pretty disappointing because the initial experience was good. Not responding to a customer in need, however puts a pretty poor taste in my mouth and I can’t recommend their services for this reason.

Called, they came out and gave an estimate. However not using them, because I got a better quote.
