The property manager Lisa is Awesome!!!
The location of the property is ideal, close to the beach. The pool has a lot of dead insects that had already disintegrated which tells you that the pool had not been cleaned or skimmed. We arrived at the property in the afternoon. There was NO staff to let you in. Apparently, they should have sent the email instructions with the code for the gate and the room within 24-48 hours of your checking-in. It's ok good shower bath and supply's. But tight but doable. Pay attention to your door lock when u leave
Really friendly and kind people. There is some "weather" issues so I cancelled my trip and they accepted to refund me the total amount of the service. Really appreciate that since not all hotels do that. I highly recommend these really freindly people
