My mom lives here. Awful place!! She's been without a stove for three weeks!!! Her apartment is infested with bed bugs. My has over there to bomb the place. In the meantime we are looking for another place for her to live in.
my grandma lives here, previous management was nice, but whoever took over is extremely neglectful!! roach infested rooms, emergency call buttons don’t work, leaky air conditioners, and there is no security so homeless people sneak in and even locked one of the other seniors out of their own home!! absolutely horrible. i will be contacting everyone i can to see that something is done about it. the new owners even told the seniors they “don’t want to hear about how it was before” because they’re “new, and different” do NOT mo... read more
Very good management, understanding the needs of the residents. Very friendly staff, maintenance guys are very hard workers and they do the work orders on time, great environment, excellent views, good prices.
Outside the front door!
I visited Granada Hotel downtown and found the rooms and facilities great. They have a variety of apartments that suits each individual needs. The fact that it's located near the Riverwalk is wonderful. The staff seems very professional and helpful. I look forward to living there in May 2024.
